The best of Niort butchery. No one is mistaken, lots of customers, the owner and the waiters very friendly, the meat of very high quality, with a very large selection. Remarkable, a great place.

An inedible rib-eye steak, more sinew than meat, the dog enjoyed it. A disgrace for a craftsman to sell such a product. Business permanently banned for all my future purchases. Sincerely,
